Production Manager - North Sioux City, South Dakota

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager / Senior Manager. This role will provide leadership for production activities based in North Sioux City and in San Diego (consumables lines). This position reports to the SVP of Operations and is an onsite position located in North Sioux City, South Dakota. Position Responsibilities: The Production Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for a broad range of activities and projects including: ● Responsible for production including daily production planning, delivery to plan, production cost, first time yield, safety, quality targets, and production staffing. ● Manage team performance through scorecard, visual management, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, performance management and PDCA to close performance gaps. ● Manage team stability, hire, develop and retain talents. ● Ensure the capital equipment maintenance objectives are met: Uptime, Preventive Maintenance, Response Time, MTTR. ● Optimize team utilization and share resources to support other activities/tasks when needed (support other departments, repair, inventory management, training, etc.). ● Ensure team readiness for new technologies (digitalization and industrial automation) as well as new products introduction to minimize impact to production results. ● Participate in the industrial automation committee and be an advocate for automation. ● Support and enforce all Company Policies. ● Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to reach business goals. ● Ensure documentation, SOPs are updated and available in all job scope areas. Manager Vivarium Solutions - Boston, MA

We are looking for a Manager Vivarium Solutions. This position requires the candidate to be highly motivated and work independently in a fast-paced work environment, comfortable interacting daily with external and internal customers, and adjusting to his/her evolving responsibilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, but the company reserves the right to weigh different skill sets as appropriate. Position Responsibilities: ● Manage (and hire) Animal care technicians. ● Oversee day-to-day execution of job duties at all assigned vivaria. ● Plan for staff scheduling and routine husbandry coverage for overtime, weekend, and holidays. ● Oversee the ordering and inventory management of facility materials (caging, bedding, food, janitorial supplies at respective vivaria). ● Train technicians on Innovive SOPs and ensure animal technicians follow procedures. ● Maintain daily census for all assigned vivaria. ● Review and maintain facility records (per diem forms, cage cards, PCR/Environmental testing records, facility walk-through record, inspection records, etc.). ● Collaborate with client’s Safety Officers and IACUC Chair to implement the safety and IACUC policies in vivaria. ● Notify clients of any animal welfare concerns. ● Maintain equipment maintenance logs and oversee contractors providing equipment maintenance. ● As a direct manager, perform coaching and counseling to trouble-shoot personnel issues, and perform yearly performance reviews. ● Keep management abreast of vivarium operations and client feedback. Animal Care Technician - Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA

We are looking for an Animal Care Technician. This entry-level position reports to the Manager Vivarium Solutions, and is responsible for the daily care of research animals, including feeding, watering, cage changing, maintaining a clean work environment, and monitoring the overall health of the animals. This role requires a passion for animal welfare, dedication to providing clean living spaces, and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will function as part of a team, and your contribution will be valued. Position Responsibilities: ● Perform routine animal husbandry (cage change, food/water, health monitoring). ● Prepare and submit records, census sheets, room logs, cage cards, and inventories. ● Sanitize and decontaminate all areas of the facility. ● Follow room entry order and biosafety procedures. ● Dispose of waste following appropriate SOPs and waste streams. ● Receive, identify, and properly house incoming animal shipments according to SOPs. ● Maintain animal racks and support equipment. ● Assist with ordering, receipt, and stocking of all supply inventories. ● May perform basic animal health treatments with direction from the veterinary staff. ● Understand and follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality assurance guidelines for animal care at all levels of biohazard containment (BSLI and BSLII). ● Perform daily animal health surveillance checks and report any abnormal conditions of either the animals or the animal room environment to client, veterinary staff, and direct supervisory staff. ● Maintain a daily animal cage census in assigned animal rooms. ● Humanely euthanize animals as requested or required. ● Perform other duties under supervision, as assigned. Printed Circuit Board Designer (Contractor) - Remote

The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating an existing PCB design, ensuring high fault tolerance and efficient production processes. Design Updates ● Enhance fault tolerance to address overvoltage, reverse voltage, and overcurrent protection. ● Assess component lifecycle, lead times, cost, and supplier options. ● Optimize design for low electromagnetic interference (EMI) and effective troubleshooting. ● Reevaluate daughter board connection design.
