Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist - North Sioux City, SD

Innovive is a consistently growing manufacturing company serving the biomedical research community. The Quality Compliance Specialist contributes to the success of Innovive through working with suppliers and customers, in addition to the engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. This position requires continuous communication to suppliers to drive design and process improvements as well as responding to customer feedback. This full-time position will support the Quality Manager with maintaining qualified suppliers and improvement of products. We value hard work and credit the team for our success. Position Responsibilities: ● Work with suppliers and Supply Chain team to establish and maintain audit schedules for raw material and service vendors. ● Execute on-site and/or virtual audits of suppliers and third-party manufacturers to assure compliance with product specifications and ISO standards. ● Provide clear and factual feedback to suppliers in the form of written reports including observations and assessment of corrective and preventive actions to remediate gaps. ● Participate in/conduct audit activities including opening and closing meetings, establishment of agendas, and coordinating with auditing team members; can include coordination of travel accommodations. ● Be primary point of contact for Customer Service team for complaint management; act as lead for investigation, root cause analysis and for training and/or communication of issues to production or quality teams as needed. ● Prepare and submit required quality records and documentation for closure and filing of customer complaints. ● Be an active member of the internal audit team. Animal Care Technician - Boston, MA

Innovive, a high-growth manufacturing company serving the Biomedical Research community is looking for Animal Care Technicians. This entry-level position reports to the Manager Vivarium Solutions, and is responsible for the daily care of research animals, including feeding, watering, cage changing, maintaining a clean work environment, and monitoring the overall health of the animals. This role requires a passion for animal welfare, dedication to providing clean living spaces, and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will function as part of a team, and your contribution will be valued. Position Responsibilities: ● Perform routine animal husbandry (cage change, food/water, health monitoring). ● Prepare and submit records, census sheets, room logs, cage cards, and inventories. ● Sanitize and decontaminate all areas of the facility. ● Follow room entry order and biosafety procedures. ● Dispose of waste following appropriate SOPs and waste streams. ● Receive, identify, and properly house incoming animal shipments according to SOPs. ● Maintain animal racks and support equipment. ● Assist with ordering, receipt, and stocking of all supply inventories. ● May perform basic animal health treatments with direction from the veterinary staff. ● Understand and follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality assurance guidelines for animal care at all levels of biohazard containment (BSLI and BSLII). ● Perform daily animal health surveillance checks and report any abnormal conditions of either the animals or the animal room environment to client, veterinary staff, and direct supervisory staff. ● Maintain a daily animal cage census in assigned animal rooms. ● Humanely euthanize animals as requested or required. ● Perform other duties under supervision, as assigned. Marketing Assistant - San Diego, CA

Innovive is a rapidly growing B2B manufacturing company serving the biomedical research industry. We value hard work and credit the team for our success. We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do, solution-forward approach, strong organizational and collaboration skills, and a passion for marketing to join the marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will support the work of the marketing and sales departments, including, but not limited to, event planning and coordination, copywriting, branding, social media planning, competitor research, and promotional activities. Marketing Assistant is a full-time, in- office (on-site) role based at the San Diego office, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. Position Responsibilities: Trade Shows and Events (40%) ● Assist in planning and preparing for regional and national trade shows, exhibits, demo days, and customer events (must be able to lift heavy objects). ● Provide support with marketing assets, such as signage, product samples, booth materials, collateral, and presentations, and coordinate shipping timelines to ensure on-time delivery. ● Assist with renewing annual memberships, sponsorships, and dues and registering for trade shows, conferences, and events. ● Track all tradeshow and events expenses. Marketing Administration (30%) ● Monitor and fulfill sample requests. Production Operator - Consumables - North Sioux City, SD

Production Operators play a critical role ensuring the highest quality products and ultimately contribute to the success of Innovive by meeting established production schedules to support our clients. Production Operators in our Consumable Departments can work with various materials, assemble parts to finished products, or work with bottle filling & water purification in a clean, climate controlled room. This position requires attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks, reliability and team spirit. This is a full time position working with a great team and reporting to the Team lead and Production Supervisor. Our Equipment Departments assemble and build high quality racks or blowers with air flow control modules. This position requires mechanical aptitude, reliability and team spirit. This is a full time position working with a great team and reporting to the Team lead and Production Supervisor.
