Dee Conger founded Innovive, in 2004 to transform the economics and convenience of conducting laboratory research.

Emmanuel Ferton joined Innovive in 2017 and leads operations teams of various manufacturing and distribution sites for Innovive.

Ann Mason has more than 17 years of experience directing large and small-scale vivarium facilities and operations.

Jamie initially joined Innovive as the Chief Business Officer in April 2024.

Sarah Anderson-Jenkins is the Vice President of Sales and has spent the past 16 years in the Biotechnology, Medical Device, and CRO industries.

Robin has over 20 years of experience in marketing within the healthcare industry working in both public and private sectors.

Todd Knapp joined Innovive in May 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. He oversees Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources departments.

Francesca McGuffie Pierce was Innovive's third employee and has been with the company for 19 years.
