Certificate Document Lookup is used to locate Certificates of Irradiation for Innovive products. To locate a certificate, enter the lot number (format #####-##) and click submit. Multiple entries may return. Click each option and scroll down the certificate until you locate your desired lot number.
If an error of no certificate is returned or the lot number is not found, enter the first five digits of the lot number.
