SUPPLY CHAIN

Innovive complies with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and follows the UFLPA Operational Guidance for Importers. We continuously review our Chinese suppliers to ensure we remain in compliance. In addition, we have taken steps to review our direct suppliers and suppliers' suppliers to ensure that we comply across the value chain. Innovive is currently in the process of moving any procurement from China to North America, eliminating the issue's potential.
